The Complete Randall Method™ Practitioner Training

The Randall Method™ was once taught in a more linear progression. Students began with Level 1, established a strong foundation in Biomagnetic Therapy, and then continued into Level 2, Levels 3 & 4, and specialized protocols such as the Post-Covid Magnetic Protocol™ as their clinical practice expanded.

That structure served students well for many years. It allowed practitioners to build confidence step by step, develop their muscle testing accuracy, understand foundational pathogen relationships, and gradually move into more advanced clinical material as their client needs became more complex.

But the clinical landscape has changed.

Since Covid-19, practitioners are now seeing more complicated client presentations earlier in practice. Many clients no longer present in a simple or linear way. Instead, their symptoms may reflect post-viral patterns, mutated pathogen expressions, immune disruption, detox tissue debris, Lyme-related complexity, chronic inflammation, deeper viral layers, fungal and parasitic relationships, heavy metal burden, hormonal imbalance, methylation challenges, autoimmune patterns, and multi-system dysfunction all at the same time.

Because of this, the way students are trained must also evolve.

This new 16–18 month Biomagnetic Therapy Practitioner Training in The Randall Method™ brings together the essential material from Level 1, Level 2, Levels 3 & 4, the Lyme Magnetic Protocol™, and the Post-Covid Magnetic Protocol™ into one long-form, carefully guided training experience. Rather than waiting years to be introduced to the advanced material now showing up in everyday client cases, students will receive access to the full training framework from the beginning and be taught how to understand, organize, and apply the material in a clinically responsible sequence.

This training gives students access to one of the most comprehensive clinical libraries in Biomagnetic Therapy, encompassing over 5,000 pathogen-related protocols shaped and refined through thousands of client sessions. These protocols are not presented as isolated information to memorize, but as part of a larger clinical system designed to help students recognize relationships, understand sequencing, and apply the work with greater accuracy, confidence, and clinical intention.

While this may sound like a significant leap, this new teaching model has already been tested with the 2025–2026 student group. Their experience has shown that learning small sections from each level throughout the training does not make the material more confusing. In many ways, it makes the work easier to understand because students are able to see how the levels connect, how pathogen patterns build upon one another, and why certain cases require a broader clinical perspective from the very beginning.

In this training, you will not be expected to master everything at once. Instead, you will receive the materials up front and then be guided through them in manageable sections over the full 16–18 month program. You will begin with the foundational principles of Biomagnetic Therapy and The Randall Method™, including assessment, client intake, initial session structure, follow-up sessions, magnet placement accuracy, functional markers, and Herx reaction support. From there, you will gradually move into expanded pathogen protocols, mutated pathogens, post-viral patterns, the Lyme Magnetic Protocol™, detox pathways, immune and hormonal support, genetic and methylation considerations, autoimmune patterns, and the specialized Post-Covid Magnetic Protocol™.

The majority of the training will take place live on Zoom, allowing students to learn directly from Joan Randall while continuing to work with clients in their own practice environment. One in-person weekend workshop will be held early in the program to help ensure that students are developing accurate technique, proper assessment skills, and confidence in their work. This early hands-on support is designed to help students move forward with greater clarity as they begin applying the material with real clients.

The goal of this training is not simply to provide information. The goal is to develop capable, confident, clinically grounded Biomagnetic Therapy practitioners who understand how to think through complex cases using The Randall Method™.

Joan’s goal is for this program to support a 92% success rate — meaning that 9 out of 10 students who fully participate, practice consistently, and do the work required of them will be prepared to move forward into a successful Biomagnetic Therapy career.

This training also reflects the living nature of The Randall Method™. As new pathogen pairs and clinical discoveries continue to emerge through the work at Integrative Wellness, LLC, students will be introduced to tools and updates designed to bring The Randall Method™ into the 21st century. The work is continuing to evolve because the clinical environment is continuing to evolve.

When you choose to study The Randall Method™, you are not simply enrolling in a one-time course. You are entering an ongoing professional path. As with any serious healing modality, practitioners must stay current, continue learning, and remain open to new discoveries as pathogens, pandemics, and chronic illness patterns change over time.

Level 5 and advanced studies beyond this training will be available by permission only. These advanced courses are intended for students who have developed an in-depth working knowledge of the material presented throughout Levels 1–4, the Lyme Magnetic Protocol™, and the Post-Covid Magnetic Protocol™.

This new combined training is designed for students who are ready to commit deeply to the study and practice of Biomagnetic Therapy. It offers the foundation, the advanced clinical material, the Lyme and Post-Covid frameworks, and the long-term professional guidance needed to begin — or significantly expand — a serious practice in The Randall Method™.
