Acceptance of the Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are entered into, by and between you and Integrative Wellness, LLC, a Vermont limited liability company (“Integrative Wellness,” “we,” or “us”).

The School for Biomagnetic Therapy (“SBT”) is the name of the Integrative Wellness training program and website through which Integrative Wellness offers professional education, practitioner-track training, courses, and related materials.

These Terms of Use, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, the “Terms of Use”), govern your access to and use of the School for Biomagnetic Therapy website and related domains (the “Website”), including all materials, content, functionality, services, training programs, applications, and course materials offered by Integrative Wellness through SBT (collectively, the “Materials”), whether as a guest, applicant, or enrolled student.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any Materials. By accessing, applying for, enrolling in, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Materials, or by clicking to accept these Terms when prompted, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Materials.

Eligibility

The Materials are offered only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By using the Materials, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Educational Disclaimer (No Medical Advice)

THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED FOR EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING PURPOSES ONLY.

THE SCHOOL FOR BIOMAGNETIC THERAPY AND INTEGRATIVE WELLNESS, LLC DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. The Materials are not intended to practice medicine, replace professional medical care, or substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a licensed healthcare provider.

You should not use the Materials for emergency medical situations or rely on them for medical decision-making.

Changes to the Terms of Use

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Materials following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Access to the Materials and Account Security

We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Materials, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We will not be liable if any Materials are unavailable for any reason.

 

You are responsible for:

  • Making all arrangements necessary for access to the Materials;
  • Ensuring all persons who access the Materials through your internet connection comply with these Terms;
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • All activity occurring under your account; and
  • Full payment of all applicable course and material fees.

You may not share access to Materials, accounts, or course content with any other person. Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, legal action, and damages.

We reserve the right to disable any username, password, or other identifier at any time if, in our judgment, you have violated these Terms.

Applications, Enrollment, and Course Participation

Applications

Participation in School for Biomagnetic Therapy training is application-based and subject to approval at Integrative Wellness’ sole discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Enrollment and Payment

Upon acceptance and payment of required fees (including deposits or payment plans, if applicable), enrolled students receive access to Course Materials.

All payments become non-refundable once Course Materials are delivered, accessed, or shipped. Payment plans are contractual obligations and may not be canceled once initiated, except at Integrative Wellness’ sole discretion.

Physical Course Materials (Manuals)

Some training includes physical manuals or printed materials. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Shipping addresses must be accurate;
  • Delivery timelines may vary;
  • Replacement of lost or damaged materials may incur additional costs; and
  • Once shipped, physical materials are considered delivered.

Intellectual Property

All Materials, including course content, manuals, videos, documents, graphics, trademarks, and training methodologies, are owned by Integrative Wellness, LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

Materials are licensed for personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, share, record, create derivative works, or use the Materials for commercial training or teaching without prior written permission. Violations may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and damages.

Trademarks

“School for Biomagnetic Therapy™,” “The Randall Method™,” “Lyme Magnetic Protocol™,” “Post-Covid Magnetic Protocol™,” and all related names and materials are trademarks or proprietary marks of Integrative Wellness, LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 

Linking to the Website and Social Media Features
You may link to our homepage, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part. 

This Website may provide certain social media features that enable you to:

  • Link from your own or certain third-party websites to certain content on this Website.
  • Send emails or other communications with certain content, or links to certain content, on or through this Website.
  • Cause limited portions of content on this Website to be displayed or appear to be displayed on your own or certain third-party websites.

You may use these features solely as they are provided by us and otherwise in accordance with any additional terms and conditions we provide with respect to such features. Subject to the foregoing, you must not:

This includes links contained in advertisements, including banner advertisements and sponsored links. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misrepresent credentials, impersonate Integrative Wellness or its representatives, interfere with the operation of the Website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Materials in violation of applicable law.

Assumption of Risk

User voluntarily assumes all risks arising from:

  • Participation
  • Application of concepts
  • Interactions with third parties

No Certification / No License

Training does not confer:

  • Medical licensure
  • State-recognized certification
  • Authority to diagnose or treat
  • Any use with clients is at the practitioner’s sole responsibility
  • Students are responsible for understanding state/local scope-of-practice laws

All information is provided for general educational purposes only. Any reliance on the Materials is at your own risk.

The Materials may include links to third-party websites or services. Integrative Wellness is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

Geographic Scope

Integrative Wellness, LLC is based in the State of Vermont, United States.The Materials are offered from the United States. We make no representations regarding their legality or appropriateness outside the United States. If you access the Materials from another jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INTEGRATIVE WELLNESS’ TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO INTEGRATIVE WELLNESS IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by Vermont law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Integrative Wellness, LLC and the School for Biomagnetic Therapy, and their respective owners, members, officers, directors, employees, contractors, instructors, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • your access to or use of the Website or Materials;
  • your participation in, completion of, or reliance upon any training, course, or educational content;
  • any services, representations, or statements you provide to third parties following or in connection with your training;
  • any allegation of injury, loss, or harm arising from your actions or omissions; or
  • your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your access to the Materials. Integrative Wellness reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Vermont state or federal courts, unless arbitration is required.

Arbitration (Optional)

At Integrative Wellness’ sole discretion, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association applying Vermont law.

Limitation on Time to File Claims

Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Materials must be brought within thirty (30) days of accrual, or it is permanently barred. This means:

  • The 30-day clock starts when the issue first occurs or is discovered (or should have been discovered)
  • Not when the user decides to act
  • Not when the harm worsens
  • Not when discussions or complaints conclude

Failure to file within that window results in a complete waiver of the claim. 

Waiver and Severability

No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Integrative Wellness, LLC regarding the Materials and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Materials.
